Creamy Carbonara Scape Gnocchi
Celebrating the seasons and Atlantic Canada: Garlic scapes and potatoes, play the main roles in this story of a dish.
Excerpt from A Rising Tide:
In the early summer months, when scapes are in season, we use them in everything. Finding inventive ways to eat them is a challenge we look forward to every year! Fresh scapes, leftover potatoes in the fridge, and a craving for gnocchi is how this recipe was born.
