• 1 pack "Bo Vien" Beef Balls
• 1 tsp achiote or annatto seed
• 5 Stalks of lemongrass
• 6 Tbsp Fish Sauce
• 3 Tbsp Fine Shrimp paste
• 1 pack "Rau Hu  ế" or Rau Que" a.k.a "Thai Basil"
• 1 pack "Rau Tia To" a.k.a "Shiso"
• 1 pack "Ngo Gai" a.k.a "Culantro" in parts of Latin America
• 1 pack sliced fresh banana blossom
• 1.5 pack 400g Bún Bò Hué noodles (approx 100g per generous serving)
