A Southern Italian Adventure
Hands-on with a pinch of demonstration
Aperol Spritz and Antipasto
Antipasto platter filled with eye pleasing and mouthwatering treats. Traditional Aperol Spritz to toast the evening.
Pasta al Forno (Baked pasta with tomato and mozzarella)
This pasta dish is loved all over Italy. It is eaten by families at gatherings or celebrations. Italians seem happy to eat this dish at room temperature or quite cold, but I prefer to eat mine hot.
Southern Italian Braciole
In the Northern Italian cuisine, braciole means pork or veal chops, commonly grilled or seared. In Southern Italy, braciole have the same meaning as the international term: thin rolled steaks, filled with herbs and cheese.
