Banh Xeo:  Traditional Crispy Vietnamese Crepe

This is a typical street food dish found in Vietnam and other parts of South East Asia.  A crispy crepe filled with shrimp and then rolled in a leaf of lettuce and dipped in nuoc cham (dipping sauce).  Served alongside a platter of fresh vegetables and herbs.
