Travel to the kitchens of Vietnam without leaving your own kitchen!
Cooking with Raymond
In this cooking class you will learn how Raymond grew up in a refugee family from a war-torn country, and how sharing food has always brought his family comfort and security. Raymond will share his story growing up in the Mekong Delta area of Vietnam and his journey to Canada.
You will learn to make his family's recipe for Vietnamese Dumplings (vegetarian option available). Raymond’s favourite way to enjoy these dumplings is sharing them with friends and family over bubbles or tea.
Online experiences are a 1.5 hour culinary adventure, taking place on zoom. You will receive prep info, ingredient lists and recipes when you register.
All experiences are informal, warm and welcoming. IMK experiences are suitable for families.
