Asparagus Risotto 

Melissa has received many requests to teach guests how to make her risotto, risotto takes patience and time.  While we stir the risotto we will hear stories from Melissa  and enjoy the company.  

Cotolette di pollo di Zia Rina con insalata di arugula

A crunchy chicken cutlet, a recipe from Melissa’s childhood in Umbria.  Served with a light arugula salad.  The next day put any leftover cutlets on a portuguese buns with some garlic olive oil and arugala....picnic envy.
